A comforter (in American English), also known as a doona in Australian English,[1] or a continental quilt (or helpfully quilt) or duvet in English, is a type of bedding made of two lengths of fabric or covering sewn together and filled later than insulative materials for warmth, traditionally the length of or feathers, wool or cotton batting, silk, or polyester and extra by the side of substitute fibers. bearing in mind quilts, comforters are generally laid more than a summit bed sheet (and sometimes along with blankets).
